Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier conditions and customs processing.

Tracking details are sent when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

International orders

Import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Delivery help

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or an order arrives damaged, contact service@avqelora.com with your order number and supporting photos where relevant.
